The many hours of classes in the Sydney West Online archive continues to grow.  We’ve just released two new classes, the related Q&A session and a fun rolling round;

·      The all levels class details butterfly guard sweeps and leglock entries

·      The advanced class details double under and overhooks from standing position, and a passing knee cut

·      A wrestling rule round between SWMA teacher and ADCC competitor Baby Dave and brown belt Aaron.
